About Stuttgart

Stuttgart is one of the first cities coming to mind when thinking of automobiles. It is the home of famous brands such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, as well as other well-respected German brands such as Bosch. In addition to visiting the museums that are associated with these companies, you can also visit a wealth of cultural and historical sites in Stuttgart such as Wilhelma Zoo, Schlossplatz Square, New Palace, Old Palace, Markplatz Square, Schloss Solitude Palace, and the City Hall. The automobile museums in particular are really worth seeing.

In the historical center of the city you can visit the old Palace or the "New Palace", which was constructed in the 18th century. Touring the surrounding countryside - either the area's vineyards or the Black Forest -  may be an interesting alternative.

The transportation network in the city is efficient and developed, as in other German cities. You can go anywhere with public transportation. You will also not experience any difficulty in finding a taxi.

The optimal time to visit Stuttgart is in the summer. Or you can visit in March-April and until the end of September. By October the weather becomes cold. In summer it rains a little less than in the winter. Both the cold and rainy weather in winter may make it difficult to wander.

You can go easily from the city's Leingfel-Echterdingen Airport to the center with train. There is also a bus route to the city center.
