Taxi

It is easy to find a taxi in the city center. The opening fare in the taxi is 9 RMB during the day, and 10 RMB between 23:00 and 06:00. 2 RMB per kilometer is added to the starting fare. Make sure you have enough currency to pay the taxi as you will need to pay the fare in RMB.

Airport Information

After it was decided that the city of Xi'an needed a large and modern airport, where international flights were also operated to and from, Xi'an Xiguan Airport, which had been serving the city for a long time with a considerable budget of about 8 billion yuan, was demolished and replaced by Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, one of China's largest and busiest airports, is located about 30 kilometers from the city center.

At the airport there are all basic units such as health center, cash dispenser, and exchange office. If you have a connected flight or need some rest before your flight, you can use the airport hotel daily or hourly. If you have a lower budget, you can rent a suitable sleeping cabin. The airport has special areas for smokers. Free Wi-Fi network throughout the entire building is open for the use of passengers.

There are dozens of cafes, bars and restaurants throughout the airport, where you will find something to cater for your taste. If you want to evaluate your time by shopping, you can buy very different products from near the stores. Airport buses and taxis that can take you from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport to Hangzhou city center within the shortest time will be waiting for you just outside of the terminal building. If you are looking for a more comfortable alternative for transportation, you can try car rental companies located at the terminal. No matter which transportation option you choose, you will be in the city center in about 1 hour.

Bus

Transportation from the airport to the city center is very easy with airport buses. With these buses, you can go to Hangzhou city center, Zheijang or Jiangsu from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. After you buy your ticket from sales office located inside the terminal building, you should head to Tiyuchan Road and take the bus that goes to Hangzhou city center. Airport buses leave the airport every 15-30 minutes for Hangzhou. The most popular stations for the airport bus are Chengzhan Train Station and Marco Polo Hotel in the city center. Besides airport buses, you can prefer shuttle buses that go from the airport to Hangzhou in one hour.

Taxi

If you are going to use the taxi option in order to go to Hangzhou city center from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, you will have to pay approximately 100-160 Chinese Yuan. If you prefer airport taxi that serves within Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, you will travel in a cheaper way. As the prices of airport taxis are not variable, you can go to Hangzhou with airport taxi and you can know exact amount that you will pay.

Car Rental

If you prefer domestic car brands of China while you rent a car from the car rental companies inside the airport, it will cost less. With the car that you rent in Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, you can go to Hangzhou city center in 35-40 minutes. This may take less if you use “Airport Road” between the airport and the city center.
