Transportation to Anchorage City Center from Airport

You can get to the city center by bus or taxi from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. At Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, there is a Car Rental Center, which hosts 8 car rental companies. To get to the Car Rental Center, you can benefit from free shuttle services that depart every 15 minutes from the South Terminal. If you are in the North Terminal, you can ask for a shuttle service immediately using the toll-free telephone. You can go to the city center by driving through two different routes. You need to connect to L Street or O’Malley routes through Minnesota W Int. Airport road. Both routes lead you to the city center in no more than 16 minutes under normal conditions.

Bus

If you prefer public transport, you can reach the city center in half an hour from the airport by getting on the bus number 7. The ticket price is 2$. The bus departs every 30 minutes from 6 am to 11 pm every day.
