Tashkent International Airport, located 12 km from the city center, is the main international airport of Uzbekistan. The airport is the busiest airport in Central Asia. Tashkent International Airport has two terminals, one for domestic flights and one for international flights. The airport has large parking lots and the terminal buildings contain a variety of services.  

Tashkent International Airport offers a lost and found, post office, ATMs, baby care rooms, rest areas, VIP lounges, and meeting rooms. You can take a taxi to reach Vladikavkaz city center from Beslan Airport. If you need a transportation option that will make your whole trip easier, you can also take advantage of car rental alternative. Many visitors prefer airport shuttle service provided by hotels since it is a fast and practical transfer option.

Some car rental companies provide car rental services at the airport. Once you rent a car, head south through P-295 or A-301 highway and you will reach the city center after a 25-30 minute drive.

You can get to Vladikavkaz city center in half an hour by taking one of the taxis that are available at the exit of the arrivals terminal of the airport.

Many hotels in Vladikavkaz, large or small, provide airport shuttle services for their guests. Though journey time varies depending on the location of the hotel, it takes 30-40 minutes on average. Please keep in mind that this service is not included in the accommodation price and charged separately, and you should make a reservation to benefit from hotel shuttle service.
