In addition to Saratov city center, there are many transportation vehicles that enable passengers to easily come to Gagarin International Airport from neighboring cities of Balakovo and Volsk. Train

3 train lines provide transportation service from Saratov city center and Saratov Railway Terminal. This train journey lasts approximately 40 minutes, and the routes are as follows:

Line 6165: Saratov 1-Sennaya-Gagarin International Airport.

Line 6475: Anisovka-Tarhany-Gagarin International Airport.

Line 6303: Karamış-Tarhany-Gagarin International Airport.

Bus

You can reach Gagarin International Airport with the bus route 101i, which operates every hour between 06:00 am and 09:00 pm with an 80-minute journey from Saratov central bus station.

In order to travel to the airport from Balakovo with intercity buses, you can benefit from the bus route 605 which operates from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm. This journey lasts about 150 minutes.

You have the chance to reach the airport from Volsk city with the same bus routes at 07:50 am and 01:50 pm, and this journey takes about 100 minutes.

Taxi

You can contact Metro Taxi Saratov by calling 7 (845) 255 55 55. Here, you can find a 24-hour stop on Sokolovogorskiy Proyezd and call a taxi to your location.

You can also reach the airport in a short time by calling 7 (845) 248 00 00 for Taxi Saratov offering service in Zelenaya Ulitsa, 7 (845) 291 31 61 for Taxi Vlastelin which has a stand on Atkarskaya street and 7 (927) 116 21 26 for Taxi Mezhgorod which is located in Ulitsa Atkarskaya. If you need a vehicle suitable for disabled people or those with children or a larger car, you must inform the taxi stand in advance.

Private Car

Gagarin International Airport is connected to the city center through extensive highway networks. You can easily learn the alternative routes for reaching the airport from your location by a private car by looking at the system on the airport website.

For short-term parking, you can use the parking lots P1 and P2 located around the terminal building, and P3 for long-term parking.

Since Vladivostok Airport is quite far from the city center, you can use various means of transportation to get to the city center.  Among these, the most popular electric trains provide fast and cheap transport, while city buses are often preferred. If you prefer a more comfortable mean, you can also evaluate the options of taxi or car rental companies by paying a bit more. It is possible to reach the city center of Vladivostok from the airport in maximum one hour and fifteen minutes.

Electric Train

It is incredibly practical to go to the city center of Vladivostok after landing to Vladivostok airport with electric trains. To take the train you have to walk towards the railway station when you get out of the airport terminal. Trains that operate between the airport and the city center of Vladivostok depart every one or two hours, from the early hours of the day until 6 to 7 pm in the afternoon. The stations that the train stops at include Artyom Station, Ugolinaya Station, Vtoraya Station, Morgorodok Station, Pervaya Rechka Station and Vladivostok Railway Station. Bus

The most practical way to get to Vladivostok city center from Vladivostok Airport is to use city buses. When you get out of the airport terminal, you are likely to see many bus stops. You can reach Vladivostok city center on an average of one hour if you take the Bus 107 from these stops. Bus 107, which departs from the stop right next to stop of Bus 7, starts operating at 08:25 am and departs until 8:00 pm. Bus 107, at service seven days a week, goes up to the Artem bus station in the city. Bus ticket costs 100 Russian Rubles as of 2016. In addition, the shuttle bus number 7 passes through the Vladivostok city center.

Taxi

If you prefer to take a taxi from Vladivostok Airport to go to the city center, it is better that you choose the taxi company Primavtolayn because it only provides transportation between the airport and Vladivostok city center, and its prices are very reasonable. You can find the taxis of this company in most of the taxi stands at the very exit of the terminal. The taxi ride from Vladivostok Airport to the city center takes 40-45 minutes and costs about 1000 Russian Rubles. This price might go up to 1700 rubles if you the taxi of another company.  

Car Rental

There are a lot of offices of various domestic and foreign car rental companies at the airport. You can pick up your car at the airport within minutes after landing, if you do a little research beforehand and complete your pre-reservation. You will need to use the M60 coastal road to get to Vladivostok city center in the shortest way. Within Vladivostok Airport, you will encounter many global car rental companies including Avis.
