Havaş

Havaş shuttles that take off from Çeşme, Alsancak, Karşıyaka-Mavişehir and Kuşadası are the most preferred means of transportation to the airport.

In addition, if you want to go shopping you can visit the Old Bazaar, Gift Shops, Desa, Alsancak, Toyzz Shop, D&R, Samsonite, Simpark Tobacco Shop, Duty Free Shop and Setur stores.   

Passengers who want to spend time in the terminal can explore the exhibition at the TAV Gallery in the international departures hall or watch TV and connect to the internet while enjoying food and beverage service at the Comfort Lounge or Millenium Lounge.

For travelling to the city center from Luxor International Airport, taxi is among the commonly used transportation options. If you make a reservation in advance for a private airport transfer vehicle, you can also comfortably travel to the center from Luxor International Airport. Car rental options in the region are extremely limited. However, if you need a rental car to travel to Luxor and its nearby places, you can try to rent a car in advance by doing the necessary search in advance. The vehicles providing transportation to the center from Luxor International Airport generally accept payment in Egyptian Pound. However, you can also pay for taxis and other vehicles by using foreign currencies such as US Dollar if you do not have Egyptian Pound with you when you come to the city. Keep in mind that this is also a slightly more expensive method.
