There are a few bus stops outside the airport terminal building. There are buses directing going to Karaganda city center from these stops. Travelling to Karaganda city center by bus is both practical and budget friendly. The travel lasts about 35 minutes.

The most comfortable and effortless alternative to get to the city center from Karaganda Sary-Arka Airport in a short time is taxi. If you bargain with the driver who demand a fare of about 14-18 dollars, you can get a more affordable transportation service.

Although there are not many alternatives in terms of car rental companies at Karaganda Sary-Arka Airport, you can possible see a few local and foreign car rental companies. By choosing one of these companies and make a pre-reservation before your flight, you can rent your car in a few minutes at the airport.
