Minibus (Marshrutka)

Bus and Trolleybus

The total trip also takes longer than it would take with a minibus. Nevertheless, these vehicles are cheaper than minibuses.

Taxi

Taxis are among the most convenient method of transportation to get to the airport from the city center. There are many private taxi firms located in the city and it is quite easy to find a taxi. Airport Information

Manas International Airport was formerly used as a military air base. Today Manas International Airport, located 25 km from the city center, hosts visitors from many different countries from around the world. The airport doesn’t offer extensive facilities. The journey to the city center from the airport takes about 20 minutes under normal traffic conditions.

Bus

Once you arrive at the city center from Erzurum Airport, you can easily reach anywhere in the city center by buses departing from the Station Square. The municipal buses passing through the city center are headed to each part of the city to the directions of east (D1), west (B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5), north (K-1, K-2, K-3, K-4, K-5, K-6, K-7) and south (G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, G-5, G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9, G-10, G-11).

You can get on the bus G-5 departing from the city center hourly to reach Palandöken Ski Resort and you can arrive at Mountain Palandöken after an average of forty-five minutes.

Train

In addition to the buses, there is Erzurum Train Station right next to the Station Square. You can reach various parts of the city by trains departing from Erzurum Train Station, as well as you can also travel from Erzurum to Kars or Ankara by train.
