Al-Ahsa International Airport (HOF), located around 20 km from the city center, is accessible via direct and connecting flights from various locations. To reach the city center, travelers can opt for taxis with a travel time of 20-25 minutes and a cost of SAR 40-50 (USD 10-13), offering convenient door-to-door service but can be pricey. 
Uber, with a similar travel time, charges SAR 35-45 (USD 9-12), providing booking in advance, but may be more expensive during peak hours. Public buses take 45-60 minutes, costing SAR 5-10 (USD 1-2), offering affordability but at a slower pace. Car rentals take 20 minutes, and costs vary by company, providing flexibility for exploration but require a driver's license and can be expensive.
