Chosen the Capital of Islamic Culture, Sharjah is one of the 7 Arab Emirates. The city estimated to have a population of around 2 million is known as the second-most crowded emirates after Dubai. Alongside this, the Islam Civilizations Museum, Calligraphy Museum, Sharjah Art Museum, Sharjah History Museum, Archeology Museum, Sharjah Hisn, Discovery Museum, Science Museum, Bait al Naboodah, Islah Okul Muzesi, Baid Sheikh Saeed Bin Hamad al Qasimi, Sharjah Aquarium, The Marine Museum and many historically important places are located in the city center of Sharjah. The city’s most important historical center, Heritage Area, is among the places tourists visit the most. The Equestrian Center is a horse farm where the famous Arab horses are raised. Sharjah’s cuisine culture shows variety. You may come across Hindu, Pakistani and Arab traditions in the city center, and fast-food culture is popular.

Sharjah has a bazaar where you can find vegetables, fruits and fish. Here, you can find a wide variety of seafood from sharks to crabs to shrimp. Known as the city’s most important festival, Sharjah Light Festival hosts quite interesting organizations. Located near the city center, the Sharjah International Airport provides a rather large web of transportation.
