About Kerkyra
Corfu Island, one of the islands of Greece, is located off of the northwestern coast of the country. Located on the Ionian Sea, the island is also one of the most important tourism centers in the region. Some of the structures that should be seen in the island are the Pantokrator Monastery, which is built on the hill with the same name as the monastery, Glyfada Beach which is known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the island and Paleokastrisa which is one of the most interesting places of the island with its stunning sea. In addition, Kassiopi, a quiet village about 40 kilometers outside the center, is also worth seeing with its clean sea and colorful structures.

Since Corfu International Airport is very close to the city center, it is possible to reach Corfu city center in a short time. The cost of this transportation doesn’t also increase much. You can get to the city center by getting on the bus routes 5 or 6 from the bus stop located at the exit of the airport. Travelling to the city center by bus lasts about 10 minutes.
