How to Get There

Hamad International Airport is located about 15 kilometers from the Doha city center, and it serves as a transit hub to major cities worldwide. Society Lounge is the rooftop lounge of the Hilton and has a bar, but generally is very crowded. Oxygen Club and Sky View Bar are famous venues of La Cigale Hotel and offer great music, drinks, and entertainment.
 If you do not like those options, many hotels and restaurants offer non-alcoholic beverages, and you can enjoy shisha at cafes. You can also attend live music performances or have a break with Arabic coffee and desserts at various venues. Doha offers a great shopping experience for all its visitors, from numerous modern malls where you can find local and international brands, to traditional markets and souks for authentic products. Souq Waqif is the place to go for traditional Qatari products, which is one of the most famous spots to visit while in Doha. You can find different garments, perfumes, spices, souvenirs, jewelry, and more. While the overall experience is worth visiting by itself, remember to shop for unique Qatari handicrafts and souvenirs.
