There are a few transportation methods that you can choose from to get to Lviv Airport. Among them are taxis, which are the most convenient, public buses, trolleybuses, and rental cars. The airport is equipped with parking lots, so you get to the airport using your personal vehicle as well.

Taxi

The fastest way to get to Lviv Airport, located 6 km away, from the city center is by taxi. Since the airport is located so close to the city center it is a very short ride away. You can find taxis in various parts of the city.

Bus

Another option to get to Lviv Airport is by bus. You can get on the bus to the airport at stops in the city. The trip takes about 10-15 minutes. Public buses to the airport operate from 7 am to 10 pm.

Trolleybus

Taking the trolleybus to the airport is both economical and fast. You can get on the trolleybus at various stops in the city. The trip to the airport takes about 10-15 minutes. Trolleybuses operate every day of the week from 6 am to 10 pm.  

Rental Cars

Renting a car to get to the airport is a comfortable and convenient transportation method. There are various rental car companies that have offices located in the city center. Once you arrive to the airport you can return the vehicle at the rental car area at the airport. Rental car companies that you can choose from include Avis, BLS, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt.

Airport Information

Located in Lviv, Ukraine, Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport handles both domestic and international air traffic. The airport, which is a major transportation hub for the city, has multiple terminal buildings. The terminal buildings contain a lost and found, conference rooms, rest areas, souvenir shops, health center, and phone charging stations. The eating and drinking venues located in Terminal A provide the opportunity to dine on a variety of tasty flavors before or after your flight.

Venues that you can choose from include Cafe Chao, Chao Fourchette and Veronica. You can also pass the time by shopping in various stores located in the terminal, including Tbor Npeca, Baltona and Lviv Handmade Chocolate. To facilitate convenient monetary transactions the terminal contains a branch of the First Ukrainian Bank and a Raiffeisen Bank Aval ATM and Ukreximbank ATM. 

Adana, which is the largest city in Mediterranean and Eastern Anatolia regions, is the Turkey’s fifth largest city that is connected to the world through Şakirpaşa Airport, which is located in Seyhan district. It is very easy to get to the airport which is 5km away from Yüreğir district, Kayalıbağ and Reşatbey neighborhoods which are accepted as the city center.

Although they are not headed to Adana, there are shuttle services and HAVAŞ buses at the airport. However, these buses only go to Mersin and Hatay.

Municipal Buses

You can reach the city center by riding on the municipality bus number 135 departing from Şakirpaşa Airport, which is located in Seyhan district, the most crowded district of Adana. You can reach the city center, Çukurova University and Turhan Cemal Beriker Boulevard connecting to Girne Boulevard by bus which you can take from the bus stops at the airport.

It is also possible to take the bus number 135 to reach the metro stations running on Akıncılar-Hospital route. The buses run hourly between 6 am and 7 pm every day and departs from the airport and Çukurova University simultaneously.

Minibus – Dolmush

At the airport, you can benefit from the minibus and dolmush transportation, which departs at shorter intervals compared to bus; it is a more preferred option because of the short distance from the airport to the city center. There are two minibus lines as Airport-City Center and Meydan (Square) carrying passengers to the city center. It would not be wrong to say that minibuses and dolmush pass through in a few minutes in both directions.

Taxi

You can also take a taxi at Şakirpaşa Airport to reach the city center along the Seyhan River.  Taxi is not an expensive option, because the airport is close to the city center.

Car

Adana Şakirpaşa Airport also offers various possibilities for those who wish to travel by their own cars in the city. There are 9 car rental offices at the airport including 5 at the Domestic Terminal and 4 at the International Terminal.

The airport also has an outdoor parking area with 569 cars capacity. If you drive through Turhan Cemil Beriker Boulevard following the Barış Boulevard at the exit of the airport, this route leads you to Sabancı Mosque, Girne Boulevard, Yüreğir Coach Station and Adana Archeology Museum in the city center.
