It is possible to travel to the neighboring cities or Georgia by trains from the central train station after your flight lands. The public transport system in Ganja is not very efficient. Nevertheless, as in all other Azerbaijani cities, in Ganja , transportation to airports, railways and tourist areas is often served by public transport. Bus

If you are planning to go to the airport by public transport, you have to come to the city center first. There are many buses to the airport that depart from the city center and these buses have very frequent intervals and their fees are very reasonable. You can reach the airport in about half an hour by these buses.

Apart from these, if you come to Ganja International Airport from Baku and Goranboy cities, you can come to Ganja by using intercity buses that depart from these cities. Airport Information

Ganja International Airport is being used by Azeri Air Defense Forces as well as hosting domestics and international flights. The airport hosts at least seven domestic and fifty international flights during the week. There are ten airports in Azerbaijan.
